Dish TV Launches Dishonline, Streaming Content on Mobiles/Tablets and Web

In the ever growing market of Mobiles and Tablets, Dish TV seems to have taken a clever step as the DTH service provider has announced the launch of DishOnline, an over-the-top streaming app that is being called an “innovative path-breaking service” by the company. 
Dish TV has collaborated with Ditto TV, an online streaming portal, for the DishOnline service. DishOnline users will be able to watch four categories – live TV, movies, TV shows, and videos. According to the DTH service provider, over 1000 Bollywood and Hollywood movies are available on demand.
Announcing this development, Mr. R.C Venkateish, Chief Executive Officer, Dish TV India said, “As industry leaders and pioneers of the DTH sector, we continue to reinvent and redefine the market with thought leadership to be ahead of the pack. DishOnline is a unique service for all those valued subscribers who want to keep in touch with their favourite shows and programmes even when on the move. We are delighted to offer them the world of unlimited entertainment on the go. This initiative will translate into huge competitive advantage for Dish TV as it is the only service provider in the cable TV and DTH industry to offer this one-of-a-kind facility.”
The DishOnline app is available for existing Dish TV subscribers from the Google Play and Apple iTunes app store. Dishonline is not only limited to Mobile and Tablets it can also be accessed from Web interface.
There will be two DishOnline packs and the pricing would start from 49 INR to 129 INR. The company also has an introductory offer which will be available at 29 INR and 69 INR respectively.
